The Instructor, Kelly Murphy!
Kelly is a local artist and muralist in Dripping Springs. Her murals can be found around town and in Austin. She is going to be starting a mural at Barton Creek Square Mall soon, which will be her third mural at the Mall. She also has a mural on S. Congress. She’s passionate about painting, creating, and inspiring others to try new things. She loves spending time with her kids and can be seen on weekends with art supplies spread out on the table while eating breakfast together. Some of her favorite subjects to paint are ones that are found around the Texas Hill Country and include donkeys and longhorns. In her free time, Kelly is working on a Ph.D. in psychology and has started writing her dissertation on metaphors and happiness.
