Japanese Ink Painting and Meditative Art!
This art session is dedicated to the meditative art of Japanese Ink Painting. Using ink and water, we will create mesmerizing ink designs that you can transform into art pieces. The journey is exploration and relaxation found in the balance of water and ink application. All supplies included: brushes, bottle of ink, pad of watercolor paper.
No previous experience necessary.

The Instructor, Kelly Murphy!
Kelly is a local artist and muralist in Dripping Springs. Her murals can be found around town and in Austin. She has completed three large murals at Barton Creek Square Mall and has been approached to do another large public art mural. She’s passionate about painting, creating, and inspiring others to try new things. She loves spending time with her kids and can be seen on weekends with art supplies spread out on the table while eating breakfast together. Some of her favorite subjects to paint are ones that are found around the Texas Hill Country and include donkeys and longhorns. In her free time, Kelly is working on a Ph.D. in psychology.
